Brown tinged EWCM? Help please

Hi everyone. We had our first loss in December at 3 months. It was devastating. We had been trying for 3 years and nothing. I finally said forget it . It's not gonna happen. I got super fit and healthy and lost about 27 to 30 lbs. Started taking vitamins and thiroid vitamins.

I may have slight endometriosis. My uterus is tipped back. And thiroid issues. I did have cysts one visit to the ER on my ovaries but they said it wouldn't bother getting pregnant
I'm thinking of finally going to a clinic about this because I'm getting older and I'm worried it just won't happen.

Anyway, last month I had slight brown discharge right before EWCM(first time ever having btown mid cycle). I had cramps along with that and acne.
Now this cycle I'm on CD12 I had brown discharge yesterday CD 11 and then a little bit mixed in with my EWCM today. I was so constipated and in pain yesterday all day from it. I'm really broken out. And now this AM having cramps with the EWCM. Sex drive is up.
My OH worKS on the road all week but will be home tomorrow because he's gone so much it's harder to get to DTD when we need to.
MY question is, do you think we have time to catch the egg? Does the EWCM and stuff mean I've ovulated already or will soon? ? Does anyone know about saving his sperm while he's gone? Can you even do that without a sperm bank or something? Again I wonder if I've been even producing an egg every month. ....maybe that's the peoblem? I feel like maybe I'm finally actually ovulating and he's not here to DTD! I also stated taking prenatal vitamins a couple months ago. So frustrating. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I think the ewcm would mean soon! Have you used opks? Then you would know for sure when your ov. I know after my mc things seem to be wonky with my cycles so could b the same.

I have used them before but got b so discouraged bc they'd say I Od but nothing ever happened. So I dunno I'm thinking of trying them again. But it's so frustrating.

I started using the clear blue digi and they r straight forward and give you a yes or no. I feel like they make me more confident in my ovulation, I did some research and it looks like it's pretty rare to get a pos opk and not o.
