Bruised on side and internally sore

is this normal at 7wks PP?
i have a bruise on the right side of my hip near the incision which has healed pretty well aside from the bruising and its very itchy, tingly and scratchy on the side where the bruising is also it hurts internally especially to sit up and move around in bed, is that normal???

The tingling sensation and being internally sore is completely normal, but the bruising isn't.

yea i was told it was a bit of nerve damage so it could last awhile, it will always feel a bit tingly and numb where the incision was and the bruising on the scar will fade the doc says but the internal pain should take more time, up to a year oh well
