just a bit if a heads up for people on BT who are claiming income support can get a phoneline for just £4 a month

Just call 150 and ask to change to BT basic, they'll send you a form to fill in which basically asks for your NI number and the benefit your on, can be IS, JSA or ESA and they'll check it out and change you over! much better than the £12 a month!

Yep, its not just Income Support either, you can also get it if you're on Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment Support Allowance (Income related) or Pensions Credit (Guaranteed Credit) :)

Or work for BT like me and its £1 :D
