yesterday I was running around all day and noticed at night my arm was really sore. After a restless night and early morning because of it I noticed this red sore lump on my forearm. The pain has increased from bicep to shoulder blade and forearm now plus this lump. I'm thinking bite but I don't see any entry wound on it? I have a gp appointment today but feel stupid going. Maybe I've just pulled a muscle and the lump is something different. nurse brain is a curse! we honestly do make the worst patients!
opinions? would you go? it's uncomfortable enough to make driving difficult so that's why I made the appointment but if it is a bug bite, what in central Scotland could have bitten me? lol.
