I just wanted to recommend bundaberg Ginger beer to anyone suffering ms, diarrhoea or any other tummy problems. It's an Aussie brand but unlike some aussie ginger beers this one is completely non alcoholic. It is traditionally brewed and while expensive (about £1 a bottle) it works wonders and tastes really nice. It even sorted out my husbands poorly tummy today and he was most impressed. There is a version made for the nz Market that costs about the same but the bottle is slightly bigger.

I will be trying this, I didnt even think about it.

Ginger Nut biscuits also work wonders :D

This is my fav ginger beer.

Try Costco. When i lived in Scotland (3 yrs ago) it was 5 pound for a box of 10 there.
My OH used to treat me to it all the time.

In NZ - ironically it is around $15 for a box of ten. That works out as about 7 pounds. So much closer to the source and yet it is now more expensive.:haha:

dry ginger ale also works.
Or if you like fresh juice try and apple carrot and giner juice. Very yummy, helps with MS and increases the amount of veggie you eat

I love Bundaburg Ginger Beer. I drink it even when I am feeling perfectly fine. And before I was preggers it also made a great hangover cure.

Hahahah that is funny!!! I love this stuff. Bundy (as we know it) is about 4 hours from where i live :) i did a tour of the factory lol :) Gotta love Aussie Ginger beer.. i didnt even think if it for upset tummiees :) well done :) will definately try it :)

Mamatoble some wholesalers here sell the nz version for cheaper. My local costco definitely don't sell it, they are really crappy! Last time we went there they didn't even have any juices at all and they stopped selling the Eco laundry liquid that was really good, so we're not sure if we're going to renew our membership.

Love it too - very sweet though! You can buy a sugar-free version too (Waitrose is your friend).

Its not as sweet as british brands of ginger beer; I liked one and it started to taste like syrup lol so in comparison this ones not so bad :).
