Hey girls, wondering if any other Mirena users have experienced this.. Just got mine implanted yesterday, and ever since then have been experiencing a very painful burning sensation when I pee.. It isn't internal, but my whole vag just burns horribly! Also feels very tender and is a bit uncomfy to sit properly. 
(Though I am about 10 weeks pp, I am completely healed so I know the discomfort is unrelated to stitches, etc..) I'm thinking maybe the tissues down there are just a bit traumatized from the stretching/poking/prodding during insertion?? 
Anyone had this happen??
