Burping

So Chase is a bit over 7 months old now and lately he's back to needing a burp frequently during his bottle feed. It is actually driving me crazy as he takes some in for a few minutes, needs a burp, and on it goes.

Now, you'd think it would start to subside at some point soon, right? He's getting older and shouldn't need to be winded as much, no? What are you girls experiencing with your LO's?

Do you think it has to do with his teats and should I be putting him up a stage as he is on stage 2?

I would try different teats...we haven't had to burp Hannah in ages

Jacob was like this, then i went onto size 3 teats about 2 weeks ago and burping stopped completely. I still try to wind him after each bottle but he hates it and wriggles away

Id say no harm in trying them XxxX

I think the teats have gotten soft (if that makes sense) and upping him a stage will hopefully help

I know that he hated going from Stage 1 to Stage 2 when I changed him so this should be interesting. LOL

At least he likes his milk, we're down to one bottle

Wow! Seems like someone likes her solids and is too busy to drink milk.

Chase is getting to be a nosey little parker now too. Between burping and consistent sitting up throughout a feed, it seems a feed lasts forever.

In a few months time you can give her cow's milk honey.

Perhaps she just doesn't like the taste of formula either. You never know.
