Hi ladies,

Can people help me here, does cow & gate comfort digestion seperate like the grains are at the bottom when in the bottle? & does it look less creamy kinda tinged yellow?

Jax (9wks old) is on sma yellow/gold but i need to change him asap to something to help him keep it down (he's poorly with bad reflux & possibly plyonic stenosis) but anyway i cant get sma staydown anywhere local :( I do have a full tub of cow & gate comfort digestion which i was given before jax was born, So i thought i'd try that & hope its easier to locate/buy but was concerned when i prepared the bottles that it looks so much different to sma. Is this just for constipation or would it possibly help him keep milk down? I think the sma staydown sounds defo more tailored to what he needs but i can't find it locally :( So i really dont know what to do. Our local shops only sell sma gold & follow on & hungrier baby milk , & the same in cow & gate & aptamil :(
Our tescos in next town down even sell it at all, morrisons although to far dont even sell it & our asda again in the next town are sold out :(
I dont know what to do :( So should i stick with sma gold until i get sma staydown or try the cow & gate the move onto sma staydown or will this upset his belly more?

Can anyone help me with this please, Don't want to give it him if its wrong.

ps... still in date too & was brand new unopened :)

Yes the c&g one is like that, yellow, grainy and thicker. We used it as Charlotte was a really sicky baby and it did work for us to an extent, she was still slightly sick but nothing like the projectile we had been getting x

Thank god you replied in time he's just woke for a feed! lol , Going to try it now thanks hun xx
