C&G Follow on Milk?

LO has just turned 6 months and I'm wondering should I move her from stage 1 C&G to C&G follow on milk?

Is there any point?

Also, do I swop her over one bottle one day, two bottles the next etc?

I don't think it matters tbh either milk is fine, I gave him a couple bottles a day of follow on to start with then completely swapped.
