C section and pregnant again

So son was delivered via c section in April 2011. I am now pregnant with my second, and I have been having low pain like period cramps on and off for a while. It's not round ligament and can identify that a mile away and it was quite uncomfortable when the sonographer did the scan today. Is this a usual side effect of a section on subsequent pregnancies?

When I had period cramps it was a UTI nothing to do with my last c-section so maybe worth getting checked out by the doctor?

period pains are normal in any pregnancy whether you've had a section or not.
It's when the scar hurts that you need to call someone and get it checked.
Your scar should be fine now and you shouldn't get many problems with it.
I feel pregnant 3 months after my section and apart from the scar being itchy I have not had any problems with it.
