C section on Fri 21st :D

Well as the title says I have my second csection scheduled for Friday, my first was an emcs due to failure to progress. I have to have a csection this time as I've been diagnosed with GD and my consultant will not induce me :/ baby was measuring 7lb14oz at 36+5 so I'm expecting a big boy, although I do know these scans aren't always accurate.
I have my pre op tomorrow could anyone give me any idea what to expect?
