c section recovery

hi i have been to doctors today and apparently my blood count is abnormal and this is because i havent recovered from my c-section.
my bp is still high 145/90 and i still have protein in water.
I was just wondering if any else has or had this and was there anything you had to do.
my kidney scan was fine but might have to have a kidney x-ray which i have never heard of.
Hope someone can help and give me more information and guidance xx

Hm well protein in urine could point to UTIs (incl. bladder, kidney & womb infections)... but it can also be a sign of kidney stones I think, maybe that's what they are looking for in the x-ray?

But UTIs are common after childbirth when the patient has had a catheter according to my nurse.
