Cafcass/court advice please

If he repeatedly fails to respond to contact with Cafcass then they will quite simply write a report that reflects his lack of interest 
He's really shooting himself in the foot here ... the courts do NOT take kindly to people who waste their time and the chances are that if he continues to ignore Cafcass he will not only get awarded what the court originally offered but will be told in no uncertain terms that he is not allowed to make further representation within a set time period.
