Calling photoshop whizzes!! Can someone please help me??

I wonder if one of you lovely ladies (or men) could help
Me. I'm in the middle of making a movie on movie maker of my little boys first year. And I wanted to make kind of a front cover title picture if you gt what I mean but my photoshop won't work for some reason, it will be used ad te first slide on the movie and I would like it to say
