Hi ladies, anyone done the Cambridge diet? I'm on day 2 and just feel very emotional and a bit down in the dumps. If it doesn't get better I'm not going to continue. Something with it just doesn't feel right :-( if anyone has successfully done it, I look forward to hearing from you xxx

Ive been looking into it today but defnitely can't see it working for me. Its so expensive and I need SOME food lol. So I'm going with slimfast instead. I suppose the way you're feeling is due to the lack of sugars etc and your body adjusting. Xx

I lasted 1.5 days then had to eat because I felt light headed and dizzy :-( back to weight watchers I go! X

Sometimes we just need real food! Try cutting carbs and sugar and upping protein, eat lots of fruit and veg, keep an eye on portion sizes and you would have a more sustainable weight loss plan, change your eating habits and you will be more successful, quick fixes work in the short term but once real food is introduced again it will be harder to maintain, good luck!

Ye I'm on it and have been for the last 8 weeks ;) it's definitely not easy but you have to make sure you drink enough I still get light headed now but not as much x

^WSS :)

I'm losing on average 1lb per week, very sustainable, and not feeling dizzy or lightheaded (unless I forget to eat for HOURS, which I sometimes do when eating a lot of protein).
