i think 'rupture' is the right word.
i had a 3rd degree tear, stitched inside and out, i could manage my bowel movements and i healed quite fast with little to no problems, but the other day (tmi) i went to the loo, it literally felt like there was a bit of plastic sticking out of the poo into the inside of my bum, when i wiped there was a little speck of blood and i didnt think much of it, but every time i poo its really hurts, actually hurts more than it did when it was healing..

i dont really want to go to the doctors or whatever to be looked at, i felt a little okay with within the first few weeks of having malakai but the days are gone now where im okay with people looking into my lady parts and possibly my mum! so basically im just asking is it possible for it to, well open back up after almost 8 months?

Obviously I can't say for sure- your BM may have scrapped something while coming out and caused the bleeding and now it's just taking a bit to heal back. There could also be a hemorrhoid or fissure in there causing the pain/bleeding? Months after my LO was born- I had blood in my stool. Only when my BM was too firm. sorry tmi- but we all poop! lol. Point is, in time, it stopped. And it was never anything I could see- but on occasion it was painful when I went. Not had any issues since though.

Sorry I've no better answer- you could just wait and see- and if it becomes more painful or bleeds more then it's probably best to at least call your doc and see what they recommend. My guess is it's not related to your tear- but you could certainly take a mirror and check it out yourself! Best of luck.

i dont even know were i tore i remember the MW telling me i had some somewhere way up in there, and on my gooch (sorry idk the proper word) so i dk if i can see the tear lol, i went back to the hospital after 12 weeks of birth and the guy said i had healed extremely well, so i dont think its a healing problem, but idk, ill keen an eye on it. thank you

I've got IBS and quite often have bowel movements where it feels like there's sharp bits of plastic cutting me during. I also quite frequently bleed. After having had my 3rd little lady however, I bled *a lot* randomly during a bowel movement (about 3 months after). Turned out I had internal hemorrhoids which caused extra bleeding. They too make bowel movements feel like there's little sharp bits cutting you.

Once you've been cut slightly it takes a little while to heal it, but it will. I usually stop noticing specks of blood after about 5 to 7 days. If it continues however, I would recommend going to see your GP. They honestly do not care even slightly, they've seen it all before. It really isn't as bad as you think it will be either. I was asked to lay down on my side (covered up with a paper towel thing) and she used a gloved and lubricated finger to check inside for piles. It's all over in seconds =)
