So basically ive just passed my test (4 weeks ago) so my exercise has gone. Ive just rejoined the gym to counter act this. So id gone from 12st 7lbs in may to 12st 10lbs on monday. Ive already lost 2lbs and am 12st 8lbs. Im dieting with the exercise 👍
Anyways my oh and mates were all telling me to stop moaning over a fewl lbs. That it couldnt feel that different. But honestly i felt huge, my trousers felt not tight but tighter than before. I feel sooooooo much better now at just a few lbs down.
So is it just me, is this in my head?
