Can anyone else relate to this?

I'm constantly being told my son is big for his age, and I know he is but is it really that surprising for a breastfed baby? He has almost gained his birthweight for each month of life...and 4 months he was 18 lbs 14 oz and 28 inches long! From being 6 lbs 13.5 oz and 20 inches long at birth! Any other skin and bones newborns turned super chunk so fast?

My chunk as a newborn (the only one I have of him that small on this device)
