Can anyone help please

I resigned from my job in january, as i heard something about myself and other people at my xmas party and decided i no longer wanted to work for that company, my hr manager tried to get me to stay but my mind was made up, so she wrote to me and said i would receive my P45 and final wage on the normal HO wage date, well this date has come and gone and 3 months later still no p45 or final wage, i have sent her 2 letters to which i've had no reply, i've left messages but nothing back, so i have just finally emailed her?!

Just wondering does anyone know where i stand on this if she still doesnt answer me with regards to my p45 or final wage cos i no my IS interview is gonna ask for it?!

what reason have they given for not paying you? they cannot just not pay you for hours worked, im assuming you left amicably if she asked you to stay
guess citizens advice would be the people to ask

They've now stated that because i left during my maternity im not owed anything, which im not worried about, but they have sent my p45 to my old address, even though i haven'y lived there since august 2009, and they have written to me many times at my current and corect address!!! They've said they cant give me another p45, so i dunno where i stand and if i can take this further xxx
