Can anyone recommend a good progesterone cream?

So my luteal phase is only 9 days at the moment, and I was hoping this could help. Think I'm going to try vitex too.

Have any of you had success with your lp and P cream?

I've been reading about the symptoms of low progesterone and it seems to fit but I haven't actually been tested.

I use Life Flo progesterone cream. I also had an lp of around 9-10 days and 2 cycles of using it lengthened my lp to 14 days. I used it in reverse that most recommend though. I used it from cd1 to ovulation, then stopped. I rubbed 1 pump on my pelvic bone area everyday. Never rotated like the directions said.
