Wondering if any of you have been on this to lengthen your luteal phase and has it helped?

Thanks!

I'm a big fan of femara.. so if you can pick- go with Femara.. Mandy will attest to that too! :hugs:

Thanks Holly, that article was great. I'll *push* femara or clomid on him tomorrow without being *pushy*.

You could also try Soy Iso. Its a natural supplement but works just like Clomid. Also has less side effects and you don't have to be monitored by a Dr. I got it for 6 bucks at wal mart.

More info here. :)

Sometimes progesterone can help with lengthening the luteal phase. I have PCOS, so I got pregnant with IUI, and they gave me progesterone to start the day after the IUI. It definitely lengthened the luteal phase. My 1st cycle, when I got the BFN, AF didn't come until 16 days after the IUI.
