Can common cold symptoms be a sign of early pregnancy?

Today I'm experiencing some very obvious cold symptoms such as - Stuffy nose, Sore/scratchy throat, dizziness and a general tired feeling. I'm currently 9 DPO and I was wondering if these symptoms could be a sign of early pregnancy?
