Can concentrated pee make a opk negative?

So today I'm cd13 and I'm due to ovulate today or tomorrow but I don't even have a faint line on my test that I took about 4.30pm but my pee was really dark I guess I haven't drank enough today and also it was really hot today!!

Would this make the test negative??

Should I test again in a couple of hours??

Actually you want it to be concentrated. If the urine to too diluted sometimes the test won't pick up the LH.
