My Florence is 12 weeks tomorrow and feeds on the boob every 4 hours except at night when she has an expressed bottle and sleeps 9/10pm-6am.

However, i think she has thrush in her mouth. She's slobbery and has white stuff on her lips (but not her tongue?). They're her only symptoms and she is still feeding fine, although less interested in her dummy than usual.

If she has got it can i still continue to feed her as norm? I don't want to stop yet!!

You can keep feeding through thrush. It needs to be treated for both of you not just her. Thrush in your breast is not fun.

Have the ped check her out. You both may need antibiotics as you can pass thrush back and forth between you

It's not antibiotics, it's an antifungal you need if it's thrush. You may need to insist to your GP that you both get treatment as some are stupid enough to believe if you've got no symptoms you don't need treating, or that just treating one of you will somehow treat you both (I've encountered a couple of these).

You can keep feeding. I've had thrush in my nipples once and once it got into my ducts, which isn't fun. If it is thrush, you'll need to wash your bras on hot and dry in the sun until it's gone, and do something to de-thrush LO's dummies, bottle teats, etc.
