Can I recover my account - admin help.

Hello admin, I have had an account since 2010 but haven't been on recently and now I have tried to log on for the past couple of days but I can't remember my password and it seems my email
Isn't registered, possibly because I used an old email address to register and I can no longer access that address. Is there anything I can do to recover my account?
