I start school tomorrow, and LO still does a lot of comfort nusring.

Is it stupid to try to introduce a dummy for when I am gone so he can sleep? I just can't imagine how the sitter will get him to sleep without any comfort nursing.

I think it's worth a shot! If he is nursing solely for comfort then there is a chance he will take to it after awhile.

It is worth a try although he might refuse it as he's not used to it.

Just be aware, if you introduce it there will be a point where you need to take it away. That could be a long hard road.
