hi ladies!!

all last cycle i took my temps didnt change much from 36.0 - 36.2 now when i start to chart properly its gone crazy...

its marked down as clomid cd 3 - 7 but im actually taking SOY 120mg just didnt have an s marker lol

could some1 have a look for me please.... thanks in advance!!

Hi Mrswooolf- are you temping orally? Do you get a good night's sleep? Do you snore or sleep with your mouth open?

My charts used to so erratic that I couldn't see any pattern at all. I swapped to temping vaginally after advice from others and my charts are a million times better xxx

Hi Mrswoolf,
Do you take your temps at the same time everyday? I found this made such a difference that in the end I set my alarm for 7am even at weekends until I had a better understanding of my cycle.

Yeah, I agree, even getting up for a wee in the night can affect the temp. It needs to be the very first thing you do, even before you open your eyes!!

ive stopped doing it orally and ive started doing it down below!!! its giving me a much more steady reading!! ive discarded all my oral temps!1

i know you shouldnt stop temping mid cycle.. stick with what you have started with but im hoping to catch the O dip in time by using tempin down below!!

Glad to have helped I did the same thing mrswoolf and swapped mid-cycle. It improved my temps dramatically!
