Depends what you got the message from--

ETA if your account was banned you wouldn't be able to post and you would know... I doubt it means you are in trouble etc lol, likely means you tried to enter an area you don't have access to or use a function that is disabled/mod or admin only somehow... but if you give more detail here or by PM I can help you better
