Can someone help who temps!!!

Just started charting, but getting the drift of my temps, however today I've got an almost positive OPK, approaching ovulation do your chart temps dip or rise? could someone have a look at mine and just see if it makes sense for a positive OPK. I'm 6 weeks late for AF and getting - HPT's... I'm confused.

hiya

have you stopped bc recently? been diagnosed with pcos? usually have irregular cycles?

That opk doesn't look quite pos to me, but that could be due to the camera etc. As for temps, it can vary from person to person (and in some, cycle to cycle) as to whether it rises or drops pre-o, or doesn't change. It's much more effective for confirming o once its already happened. I'd keep on with OPKs once a day, mid-afternoon after not peeing for at least 2 hours.
