Can someone make me a sig please?

I've seen so many beautiful sigs on here and would love one myself! Here's the pic, if possible could it have my baby's name, Ava, at the top or something and then "Our little Princess due 17.4.09" underneath? I don't mind what colours, just pale ones rather than bold ones. Would be nice if it was girly too Thanks!
