Can someone please shed some light abnormal bleeding

I started my monthlys on 3rd October the day I was due to, it was extremely heavy constantly leaking and changing my self after half an hour, I finally stopped on 9th, on the 12th when I went toilet there was some blood and it hasn't stopped again since its a v light flow sometimes orangey sometimes red one or two v small clots anyone no what this is I've never bled in between a cycle like this before

i would get checked out at the dr. i was alwasy told that any bleeding between cycles should always be checked out.
