Can someone recommend me some good support underwear..

That doesn't move my fat elsewhere? Lol I've bought a figure hugging dress for an engagment party I'm going to in a few weeks and I need some good support underneath to give me a smooth silhouette. I've bought control pants Before but some just cut into my thighs and tummy and give me a worse shape than I started with. Anyone?

M&s do good ones, I've got some that look a bit like cycling shorts!! They're great though no lines or lumps and bumps. I've also got some from primark which are alot cheaper and nearly as good but not quite

I'll have to pop down to m and s. I have got some cycling short ones but they end up rolling in on themselves if that makes sense.why can't I have the body I had before? *sigh* xx

Spanx. They are ridiculously expensive, but they do work.
