Can someone take a look at my chart? Clomid cycle

I took clomid cd 1-5. I am now on cd 18 and haven't ovulated. When I was ttc #1, 50 mgs worked all three months it took to concieve. And now ttc #2 my first cycle on it worked as well. Now 2nd round of clomid, and so far nothing! There is a link to my chart in my sig, I hope someone can give me some insight! Thanks!!!
