Can someone work wonders with my pic please :)

I was wondering if anyone could "retouch" (if thats the right word) my pic please?

I have seen someone airbrush someone elses pic and change it to black and white with pink lipstick and bright blue eyes and I was wondering if someone could do something similar to mine?

I like the pic but my skin looks terrible?! Any ideas ladies I would be really grateful??

I retouch full time for magazines for a living i'll have a go later when i've finished all my clients work.

I can do anything though, i can even draw on long eyelashes for you you name it.. i can do it.

I'll give you a few versions once i've caught up with my business schedule

I tried working with that pic hun but its really hard because it so small , bigger pics that are close up are alot easier to work with .
