can you put any make matress in any moses basket?

I have a mamas and papas moses basket and I need a new matress for it I know argos do a claire de lun moses basket matress for cheap but I don't know if it would fit. Any ideas? X

Didn't want to r&r. I think you have to be careful because moses baskets come in different sizes. Some are shorter/longer than others. I'd get the dimentions and compare before buying a mattress that wasn't specifically made for a particular moses basket just to be sure.

Just thought I'd add to this.

As long as the dimensions are the same (should be on the old mattress) then it should be fine. I have a John Lewis mattress for my moses (not a john lewis moses basket) and a mothercare moses mattress for the Sola carrycot.
