Can you take calms in pregnancy?

Please say you can my daughters going through a horrible stage and the stress is getting to much I'm finding myself snapping at her and telling her to shut up because she's shouting and screaming all day I need something to get my stress levels down and unfortunately I've no one to take her for a couple hours as even family members don't like having my daughter at the min so just make excuses when I ask even when I tell them I'm struggling

Doesn't matter you can't ringing doctor as apparently rescue remedy can be used but should be spoken with doctor first before taking.
