Cannot Keep Weight Off 7 months PP

I've been running 2.5 miles every other day and trying to eat well for two months and I'm GAINING weight. Can anyone please tell me how to lose this baby weight? I'm disgusted with myself and really losing motivation when it's already a challenge to work out regularly with an infant. Obviously I need to do something different than what I'm doing. Thanks in advance...

Anyone? I'm following the same prepreggo routine and pre pregnancy I was losing 1-2lbs a week...this week I gained 4? helpppp!
 
Have you been tracking your inches as well as weight? If you're running, it may very well be that you're building some muscle in your legs. Are you drinking enough water?

Also, are you keeping really close track of what you eat calorie-wise? I started tracking my calories on myfitnesspal, and I was absolutely floored at how many calories I was taking in - even though I thought I was eating healthy and cutting back! Every little tiny snack or addition (such as mayo or a slice of cheese) adds up super fast! Especially since MY serving size was not the same as the serving size on the package. I'd look at the calories, say "oh, that's not bad" and then eat 3 servings worth, tripling what I thought I was eating. :dohh:

Now, personally I have a hard time with carbs. They make me gain weight super fast. I can eat higher amounts of fat as long as it's from protein and such, but the minute I add breads, I'm screwed.

Just some ideas for you. :flower:
