cant change my avatar no matter what

i have been trying for months to change my avatar and it just wont work. ive tried different photos, different files, different cameras in case the image was too big (even though i got the last one from my camera), ive tried everything and it just wont work! cant someone please help, it just says file upload failed

Are you trying to upload a big picture and getting the forum to resize it? If so, the maximum the server will take is 2MB. It also only accepts .gif .jpg .png (no .bmp) files.

Try a smaller picture.

Do you have the picture on photobucket (or somewhere online)? Post the link here and I'll do it for you

oh that's strange - it has changed it this time! It told me it had failed though...!! Been trying for ages. Typical, as soon as I asked on here, lol!
