cant deal with jetlag please help!!!!!!

we came back from the states thursday night, its an 8 hour time difference forward, each night has been hell! its now 6 am and the baby has been up since 1:30. im doing my head in. i cant function on 3 hours sleep a night.

please help!! my DH wants me to go and buy some drowsy medication to give the baby to sleep. is there even such a thing and is it safe? i tried paracetamol and it didnt work. im at my wits end!!

ive herd about something beginning with a V lol i no thats prob no help at all but its sum sort of anti histamine...i herd sum1 talkin bout it once but never tryed it before but apparently its harmless and just makes thm really sleepy xx
