I am wanting to reply to a post in the buy, sell, swap etc. part of the forum but can't gives me a list of possible reasons why but nothing definate so no idea why i cant. Failing that happy to send a pm but cant for the life of me work that out either! Help!

i believe you have to have a certain amount of posts to pm or post in the buy and sell section

Well that was one of the things it said but without telling me how many! Only actually joined the forum for that part no point if can't use it
