Can't stop weeing at night??

Last night I was waking up pretty much every hour feeling desperate for the loo, my bladder would actually be hurting. I hadn't drunk anything from about 11pm so there was no reason for me to need to go. And when I did get up there was barely anything to wee!

I have had cystitis before, so I know what that burning pain was like and this wasn't at all...and all day today I have been fine, just going as normal, has anyone else had this at night time? Or have I just gone mad?!

Hi I am 12 weeks and have been getting this too since around 9 weeks. Am up every 2 hours or so all night long, my bladder feels really full but then I dont have much there at all when I go. It's not nice I hate getting up when it's so cold!!!!!

im getting up about 5 times in the night but im the opposite my bladder is actually full every time i pee and i have no idea how when ive not drank anything since going to bed

I am the same. I actually went 6 times between 11pm and 11.45pm last night, then it settled and was just every hour! Very annoying and I am exhausted!! XX

I am experiencing this too- and yeah the weird thing is that it's a small volume of urine coupled with an urgent need. I don't think we need to worry about infection unless there is a burning sensation/discomfort.

I am so tired though- and yeah it's far too cold to get out from under the duvet!!

Thank you girls, I am so glad I posted this as I thought I was going mad!!

I am away this weekend for my office party and sharing a room with a colleague, I am going to drive her mad getting up and down every hour for the loo!

So glad I am not the only one, phew!

yes me 2!! before i go to sleep im up about 4 times in th space of half an hour, luckily im not waking up through the night anymore but i was up 2/3 times everynight DESPERATE for a wee then when i go its only a little trickle lol so annoying xx

i know i shouldn't but sometimes i hold it until the morning.... cant be bothered to get out of a warm bed when its blooming freezing...

LOL girls! Just wait until the last month. I remember getting out of bed almost every 1/2 hr to pee during the night. I think I even got so used to it that I didn't even open my eyes anymore.

Actually what happened to me with my first was....

2 am - pee time, go pee, wash up, my guy helps me up onto the bed. I go to lay back and woosh! I was like woah! wait! I already went pee, what's this?! It didn't smell like pee so put a pad on and paced the floor for the next two hours. I woke my guy at 4 saying baby I think I'm leaking. He said alright and we went to the hospital. Mind you this was on my due date! They tested the fluid and my sac had semi ruptured. They let me know I was going to have my baby that day!!!!! At 6 pm I delivered a 9 lb 7 oz baby boy by C-section....only after having pushed for and hour and a half!!!! His head was too big.

im up during the night too hun its a nightmare!! just think your body prepares you in mad ways to get used to waking up to feed a bub! lol x

Hi Nb! I'm up at least 1 or 2 times in the night to wee... Its one of my only symptoms at the moment as haven't really suffered MS...

Jenni ... If I had to get up every 1/2 hour to pee I'd deffo think about sleeping on the loo! hehe.

I get up a minimum of 3 times per night. I've pretty much stopped being annoyed by it and resigned myself to the inevitability...

I wake up too and pee a lot then feel like i need to drink water and wake up again and it goes all night. Also sometimes i eat a banana or something. Doesn't the baby need food at night? I feel bad for starving it all night

Well, before getting pregnant, I usually would have to pee once in the night. Now I wake up and have to pee like 2 or 3, or even 4 times. This is also because I am not a deep sleeper, and also because I take my fiber with 2 cup of water like around 10PM every night, and also I keep sipping water during the night when I wake up.

Wow! I love your story!! Hopefully for the next few months mine will just continue to be frequent weeing, a bit early for anything else yet! xx
