can't view up to date sections?

the home page looks like it's updating as normal, but when I click into sections it shows pages from a few days ago and doesn't show recent threads or updates? is this just me? I couldn't get onto the site at all for about 10 days until last week (the home page said offline for maintenance).
Also keep trying to post this thread and a page just keeps coming up saying 'the token has expired' ??
Help?

can anyone help with this? sometimes now it shows threads as being up to date but when i try to read them they go back to the old versions? i've cleared my browser cache etc ?

You sure you didn't clear your cookies instead? Clearing your cache will fix the problem.

You computer is showing cached versions (old versions) of the forum. By forcing the browser to update (by erasing the old cached versions) BnB will work properly again.

hi, thanks, yes I've tried clearing everything and starting again! it's still not showing sections properly though? all other websites I go to seem fine!
