cassava pills?

Has anyone every used cassava pills? Me and my hubby have been ttc for long while and apperently i only ovulate 2-3 times a year so he suggested i take cassava pills to go along with my provera and 50mg of clomid. Today is day 2 of the provera and i have the cassava pills but dont know what side effects it has, all i know is its good for fertility and very helpful conceiving. Has anyone had experience with this pill?

I used cassavailable supplements and never had any side effects. They helped me regulate my cycles. I don't know yet if it helps aid in conception. My AF is due tomorrow or Wednesday.
