CBFM - When did I ovulate?

Ladies

I am trying to calculate dpo. I got a peak reading last Tuesday then Wednesday. When do I consider myself 1dpo? Wednesday or Thursday?

Hiya, i would say that when you get the peak you are about to ovulate? So i would imagine you ovulated on the Wednesday, so Thursday would make you 1DPO?

I used to find it quite complicated to calculate DPO's when i got 2 positives in a row too x
