CD 22 still waiting to ovulate

This TTC game is so hard. I thought I ovulated last Sunday (9th) but my FF chart tells me otherwise. I've had consistent cramps all month and as I use a femmecup after BD I'm not overly sure of my CM as I had the cup in me, so I cant go by that. I'm not sure how to upload my chart either.
Has anyone else had delayed ovulation after a chemical? Any help is greatly appreciated.
