CD 25, possible ib?

Yesterday upon wipe I had pink tinged cream cm, cd25. I’m roughly 12/13dpo based on ewcm and cramps.
af due in 2 days usually starts over night very heavy. I put a pad on expecting af to arrive but nothing. Not even when I wipe.
Is this too late to be implantation?
if it was when would a sensitive test show a bfp?

If that was ib then it takes 2 day's for hcg to get in system to show on test love, ib go all the way up to 12/13dpo good luck xx
