cd20 spotting and bad cramps

hiya, my partner and I are NTNP , my last period was on may 19th so im about cd20, I've no idea when I ovulated**I have been having light cramps for the last few days but today they are alot worse, also when I went to the toilet there was pink did chafe on the paper, this has been happening all afternoon and it's only there when I wipe. could this be implantation or early AF?

update.......
I'm still spotting and cramping this morning. Is it too early to test or could it be AF?

Were around the same cycle and dpo... I would say it is too early to test, but then again the spotting !!!! Wait a few days (I know its like mission impossible)

Thanks for replying hun im dying to get a test but I know it's too soon I feel a bit off today too, snotty nose, sicky too but it's prob in my head lol
