CD3 Bloods Interpretation?

I have had my results back nut my GP is away for two weeks. Can anyone explain

Oestradiol 78 pmol/L
FSH 10.1 U/L
FT3 5.0 pmol/L
FT4 15.0 pmol/L
LH 9.0 U/L
Prolactin measured on E170
86 uIU/mL
Progesterone 2.3 nmol/L
testosterone 0.73 nmol/L
TSH 2.36 mU/L

I sort of think my FSH is showing deminished reserve I'm 40 and Prolactin is low nnot sure about the rest or indeed what the numbers mean, can any one help?

My FSH was 12 and I was told that wasn't too bad so I would be pleased with 10! Don't know much about the others I'm afraid
