Hello lovlies!
So yep this is our first month trying... We're on CD6 of a 30 day cycle, I'm just learning about charting and all that other stuff thats going to make me crazy!! haha!! But Im really excited about this journey.

I'm 23, Hubby is 29, we just got married in April, had been living together for 3 years prior. We haven't told anyone we're trying because people tend to say "you've loads of time don't rush into it".. I guess when all your doing id gooing over babies and cant get enough of One Born Every Minute with tears streaming down your face, looking at prams and baby clothes out shopping and just having that inner need to nurture-your probably ready? Right?
:happydance:

Hey :)

Congratulations on the wedding! My hubby and I got married 26th March this year, and have only been trying for a couple of months ourselves. I'm a couple days ahead of you (day 8) and have a cycle that can't make up it's mind varies from 28 to 33. I'm 25 (26 in sept) and he is 24 :)

My family know we're trying (have a few med probs - why we brought wedding forward) but I haven't spoken to any friends about it, they all have kids or are still doing the partying thing! Also most people would gag at the thought of discussing cervical mucus over a brew .. so probably best I don't speak to them about it!

Hope you get your little bundle soon :)

Thats great news for you Pamcakes, Im delighted you got your wedding! Are u med issues fertility related or otherwise? How are u finding this whole TTC thing? Are u charting as well???

:dust: for you hun!

Thank you :)

Yeah I don't seem to ovulate every month - they thought at first it was down to my underactive thyroid but it's been balaced for some time now and still not ovulating every month. on the gynae front I've had a few ops, have endomitiosis and was losing a lot of blood each month, that's why they put me on the triptorlin, to shut my ovaries down (chemical menopause) for a few months to give my body an entire break in the hope that it settled down after. It did for a long time but these past 2 months I've started struggling again.

I've been doing the billings ovulation method since april last year with my gp.. billings is basically charting sensations felt at the vulva to determine fertility.. however been keeping a chart on fertility friends too (only for a wk or so, since i signed up here) and started charting my temperature a few days ago too. Tonight I ordered some ovulation kit off the internet just to see what all the fuss is about there.... willing to try anything because everytime I see my gynae consult they are pushing towards removing bits and pieces... getting quite desperate now!

I convinced myself I was preg last month.. so trying my best to stay sane... not holding out much hope lol

Did you find it confusing at first? has it all slotted into place now?

squillions of :dust: back at you :) hope this month is the one for you!!

Hello TheNewMrs!

I am currently on 7dpo. Been trying for a little over 3 years now with DH. Never a single success as of yet. HSG done 2 weeks ago so this will be our first attempt with cleared out tubes. I don't like to symptom spot if I can help it because of my never ending :bfn:'s.

I am keeping my eye out for things, but wont be satisfied until AF is MIA.:)

Hi im 22 currently on CD 7, ggoing to start the Ovulation tests in two days.

Thank you :)

Wow you've been through the mill!
I odered OPK's from Uk Fertility Solutions, its an online store, it was really cheap! I got 100 OPKS and 30 HPTs for like 30 Euros, with a BBT.. Really good value...

Well, heres to the journey, the ups and downs, the disappointments and the joys. I'll be praying for some kind of significant progress for you, removing bits is never nice...

I've to start a course of tablets now this month that will try to strengthen my uterus wall. Having lost a baby when I was a teenager and never seeking medical advice, I'd done myself some damage and the wall isnt as strong as it should be. So we're both enjoying the thrills of hospitals!! :happydance:

How are you finding married life so far?

So this could be the month for you eh??! I completely understand why you wouldnt SS, it's been driving me crazy even before I had my first true AF, I do chart on Fertility friend though, just temping and mucous changes (Niiiiice!!) :haha:

But I just find it helps me know my body and whats happening a bit more.
I'd love to share your journey with you, I'm really getting into the whole conception thing, quite magical altogether if you ask me!

You are welcome to share the journey with me! It is always nice to have someone beside you throughout the way since it seems no one else understands what we are going through. I am not so sure about this month anymore as of this morning though. My bb's were getting increasingly sore yesterday and now, they are almost gone away! Sooo annoying!

TheNewMrs :

yes, but all those little problems will make the end result that much sweeter! We will have our little family one day, just in our own time (just wish it would hurry up tho lol)

That is good value!! been shopping about online today, might treat myself to a few goodies at the end of the month.. is it sad that I consider opks a treat lol eeee!!

Thank you for the prayers :) Will keep you in mine too! Oh dear I hope the tablets work wonders and you got that bfp before you know it! Also sorry to hear of your loss, and when you were so young, must have been horrible!
Here's to a super tough uterine wall in next to no time for you!!

I find married life much like my fertility lol ups and down!! mainly the toilet seat being left up and me running behind him putting it down! I swear he was house trained until that ring went on the finger! without being all soppy, I'm the luckiest girl in the world to wake up to his handsome face and fall asleep in his arms! x
