Change in AF since giving birth?

So I finally got my AF for the first time since giving birth 11 weeks ago! But Ive noticed my back is really painfu for some reason. ive never had this symptom during my period before getting pregnant. I gave birth via c section, wondering if there is a reason for this?

I had an emergency c section too and I had the same pain. I put it down to that injection you get in your back just making your back more sensitive to period pain. I didnt get it the 2nd period I don't think.
I may be completely wrong but thats my logic!

I had terribly painful periods pre-pregnancy, so bad that I could barely move. My back was in agony for 2 days each month.

I've only had 1 period post baby (I also had a c-section) and it was pain free!

got my period today as well...11.5 weeks postpartum..I cramped alittle but nothing bad and i am exclusively breast feeding and on the minipill so its possible its not even my period eventhough it looks like a period lol i'm so confused because i never had a break of spotting since lochia...

Are u exclusively breastfeeding? how long did ur lochia last?

I understand when u say u never had this pain before pregnancy..but i believe our bodies changed..at least thats how i feel...i used to be able to predict my body easily but now its so different..having different aches different discharges ..nothing is the same..it will take time to get back..

I had a CS & my first few periods were more painful.
